Former halcyon the shop buyer Anthony Parasole ('05-'06) has been on fire. It started back in '08 when he and former halcyon classic resident DJ Spinoza (Undercity '99-'04) co-founded the Brooklyn loft monthly, House-n-Home. Anthony's now legendary sets there defined the edge between vintage NYC house and techno. Alongside another halcyon alum, Levon Vincent, Anthony launched, Novel Sound, and a 2nd label from the pair, Deconstruct, followed shortly thereafter. Both imprints are vinyl exclusives and are amongst the most hotly tipped by the techno world's leading tastemakers. The notoriety Anthony has since received has vaulted him onto the big stage with appearances at international hot spots like Berlin's mega-club Berghain and front page features on ResidentAdvisor.net lauding him as a key contributor to the renaissance of NYC house music.
